Terms of use

Last updated: September 2026

Short version: Debtless is completely free and provided as is. Use it to track and plan your debts, verify important information, and do not treat generated text as financial advice.

Who I am

Debtless is built and maintained by Logan Moore. Support information is available on the Debtless support page.

What Debtless is

Debtless and its Plan Assistant are software tools for tracking, education, and payoff scenario planning. They are not financial advisers, do not provide financial, legal, tax, credit-repair, lending, or investment advice, and do not act on your behalf. You remain responsible for every decision and payment. Verify balances, creditor terms, due dates, fees, and consequences before acting, and consult an appropriately qualified professional when you need advice for your situation.

Your account

There is no sign-in account or cloud-synced debt ledger. Core data, statement processing, and generated requests live on your device. If you delete the app, the local ledger goes with it. Export to CSV from Settings if you want a copy.

Price

Debtless is completely free. It has no subscription, in-app purchase, paywall, advertising, or paid feature tier.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer the app, abuse generated features, or use the app to do something illegal. Report bugs through the support options described on the support page.

On-device generated content and Apple services

On compatible devices, the Plan Assistant, Earn ideas, and enhanced statement parsing use Apple Intelligence on-device. Availability depends on iOS version, language, region, device eligibility, and model readiness. Generated output can be incomplete, outdated, misleading, or wrong. Verify important information before acting.

Disclaimer

Debtless is provided "as is" without warranties. I'm a solo developer doing my best. I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, I'll update the date above and note it in the app's release notes.
