Common questions
Does Debtless charge anything?
No. Every feature is free. There is no subscription, in-app purchase, paywall, advertising, or paid tier.
How do I export my data?
Settings, then Export to CSV. It'll save to Files. You can share it from there.
How do I delete my data?
Use Settings, then Erase All Data to remove your local debt ledger, payments, savings goals, Plan Assistant history, Earn profile, and statement data. Deleting the app also removes its local data. Generated requests are processed on-device and are not retained by a Debtless AI service.
The Plan Assistant is giving me weird answers.
Generated text can be wrong. Use the app-calculated payoff plan for dates and allocations, and verify creditor terms before acting. The Plan Assistant is a planning tool, not financial advice.
Statement scanning didn't pick up the right balance.
Hand-edit every field on the review screen before you save. If you are testing through TestFlight, send a redacted example with TestFlight's Send Beta Feedback feature.

TestFlight users can send requests with Send Beta Feedback. A dedicated Debtless support mailbox will be added here after the marketing domain is selected.
Status
If the Plan Assistant or Earn ideas aren't responding, confirm the device supports Apple Intelligence, iOS is current, Apple Intelligence is enabled, and the model has finished downloading. The app-calculated payoff plan remains available without it.
